Your hospital accommodation – what you’re covered for…

• Private and semi-private room accommodation in a wide range of private and public hospitals.

• Medical costs for in-patient diagnosis and tests covered too.

• Private accommodation in a private hospital - €50 excess, per night.

• Semi-private and private accommodation in High-Tech hospitals - €200 excess, per night.

Your everyday medical expenses – what’s included…

• Annual benefit up to €2,000 per person (excess €1).

• GP - €30 per visit, max. 12.

• Dentist - €30 per visit, max. 12.

• Physiotherapist - €30 per visit, max. 12.

• Vhi Online Doctor - full cover for up to 12 visits.

The excess means that when your eligible benefits have exceeded the value of €1, we will then pay remaining eligible benefits right up to the value of €2,000 per member, per year. Take a moment to review your Table of Benefits for more details.

Mental health and wellbeing - part of your plan

• In-patient mental health treatment for up to 100 days.

• 91 days in-patient treatment for alcoholism, drug or other substance abuse in any five-year period.

• Cover of up to €100,000 if any medical emergencies arise abroad, per calendar year.

• Up to €100,000 toward treatment not available in Ireland, per calendar year.
